If you have booked online appointment yourself:

  • Visit your DoktorsCalendar account: You can check, cancel and reschedule your visits directly on this page.
  • Confirmation message: After booking, you will be sent an automated message with the details of your appointment. You can cancel your appointment through the link in this message. These messages are sent to you as SMS, Whatsapp or e-mail.

              If the doctor/specialist has made a booking for you:

Important note: Before cancelling, we recommend that you find and review the cancellation and refund policy in the confirmation message sent to you.  

To book an appointment, follow these steps:

  1. Log In: Sign in or register on MyDoctorsOnline.co.uk.
  2. Select a Doctor: Search for doctors based on their specialty and review their profiles.
  3. Choose an Appointment Time: Select a date and time from the doctor’s available slots.
  4. Confirm Appointment: Complete your booking by confirming your choice and entering any required information.

To attend an online consultation:

  1. Appointment Time: At the time of your appointment, you will receive a Zoom link from MyDoctorsOnline.co.uk.
  2. Download Zoom: Download and install the Zoom application from Zoom’s website.
  3. Join the Meeting: Click on the Zoom link sent to you at your scheduled time to join the consultation.
  4. Video and Audio: Ensure your camera and microphone are active during the meeting

If you’re new to Zoom:

  1. Create a Zoom Account: Sign up for a free account on Zoom’s website if you don’t already have one.
  2. Join the Meeting: Click on the Zoom link provided and follow the instructions to join the meeting.
  3. Meeting Tools: Utilize features such as screen sharing, chat, and microphone controls during your session.

If you encounter technical issues:

  1. Check Your Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  2. Restart the App: Close and reopen the Zoom application.
  3. Contact Support: If problems persist, contact our support team for assistance.

Privacy is ensured through:

  1. Encrypted Connections: Zoom meetings are protected with end-to-end encryption.
  2. Private Meetings: Only you and your doctor have access to the meeting. Do not share the meeting link.
  3. Privacy Policy: Both MyDoctorsOnline.co.uk and Zoom implement strict privacy and security measures.

To cancel your membership:

  1. Log In: Access your account on MyDoctorsOnline.co.uk.
  2. Manage Membership: Find the 'Membership' section in your account settings.
  3. Cancel Membership: Select the 'Cancel Membership' option and follow the instructions to complete the process.
  4. Contact Support: If you encounter any issues, contact our support team.

To cancel an appointment:
